  32. System Requirements

  34. In order for this CD-ROM to run properly on your PC, it has
  35.  to meet the following hardware requirements: 486/DX or
  36.  compatible, running with 33 MHz or more; 640K conventional
  37.  memory with 580K  free memory (for CD-ROM driver, Microsoft
  38.  CD Extensions Version 2.22 or higher and VESA driver, if 
  39.  necessary), 4MB RAM, SVGA or VGA Monitor and a video 
  40.  adapter card which should be compatible with Super VGA
  41.  BIOS Extensions VESA Standard. A hard disk with 20MB free
  42.  memory, CD-ROM drive with a minimum transfer rate of
  43.  300KB (double speed), Sound Blaster or a compatible sound
  44.  card, mouse, DOS 5.0 or higher, Windows 3.1 or higher,
  45.  256 colour monitor.

  51. KOCH Media Licence Agreement

  53. This Agreement will govern your use of the KOCH Media 
  54.  software products contained in this package. Please read
  55.  the following terms carefully before using the product.

  57. Grant of licence. KOCH Media Ltd., Thomas House,
  58.  Hampshire International Business Park, Crockford Lane,
  59.  Chineham, Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK RG24 8WH 
  60.  (called "KOCH Media" in this Agreement) hereby
  61.  grants you, and you accept, a limited licence subject to
  62.  the terms and conditions contained herein to use the
  63.  software recorded on the enclosed CD-ROM  (called "the 
  64.  Software" in this Agreement). You may only use this
  65.  Software on a single computer, on its temporary
  66.  replacement, or on a subsequent computer. If you wish
  67.  to use the Software on more than one computer, you must
  68.  purchase an additional copy of the Software. The Software
  69.  is "in use" on a computer when it is resident in memory
  70.  (i.e., RAM) or installed on the hard disk (executable
  71.  and other files) or other storage device. You may not
  72.  either temporarily or permanently transfer or sub-licence
  73.  your rights to use the Software under this Agreement
  74.  without the prior written consent of KOCH Media.
  75.  
  76. Use. You acknowledge that the rights to the Software and
  77.  the User Manuals and other related materials are the sole
  78.  and exclusive property of KOCH Media and it's licensors. You may not alter,
  79.  merge, modify or adapt this Software in any way including
  80.  disassembling or decompiling. By accepting this Agreement,
  81.  you do not become the owner of the Software, but you do
  82.  have the licence to use the Software in accordance with
  83.  the Agreement. You agree to use your best efforts and to
  84.  take all reasonable steps to protect the Software from
  85.  unauthorised use, illegal reproduction or illicit
  86.  distribution. You may not loan, rent, lease or licence
  87.  this Software or any copy.

  89. Copyright. All intellectual property rights in the Software
  90.  and user documentation are owned by KOCH Media or its
  91.  suppliers and are protected by United Kingdom copyright
  92.  laws, other applicable copyright laws and international
  93.  treaty provisions. KOCH Media retains all rights not
  94.  expressly granted.

  96. Limited Warranty. KOCH Media warrants that the Software will
  97.  substantially conform to the applicable user documentation.
  98.  Furthermore KOCH Media warrants for a period of ninety (90)
  99.  days from the effective date of this Agreement that, under
  100.  normal use, the material of the CD-ROM and the user
  101.  manual(s) will not prove defective; and that the user
  102.  manual(s) are substantially complete and contain all of the
  103.  information which KOCH Media considers necessary for the
  104.  use of the Software. If during the ninety-day period, a
  105.  defect in the Software should appear, you may return the
  106.  Software to KOCH Media for replacement without charge.
  107.  Your sole right with respect to a defect in the Software
  108.  is replacement of the Software. KOCH Media does not
  109.  warrant, that the contents of this package meets your
  110.  expectations and that the Software runs properly under
  111.  all circumstances.

  113. Except for the limited warranty provided in this paragraph,
  114.  there are no warranties, conditions, or representations
  115.  either express or implied by statute, common law or
  116.  otherwise, and all such warranties, conditions and
  117.  representations are expressly disclaimed.

  119. Limitation Of Liability. You agree that regardless of the
  120.  form of any claim you may have, KOCH Media's liability
  121.  for any damages to you or to any other party shall not
  122.  exceed the amount paid by you for the Software. KOCH
  123.  Media will not be responsible for any direct, indirect,
  124.  special, incidental, cover or consequential damages,
  125.  such as, but not limited to, loss of profits resulting
  126.  from the use of the Software or arising out of any
  127.  breach of the warranty, even if KOCH Media has been
  128.  advised of the possibility of such damage.

  130. Termination of the Agreement. If any terms and conditions
  131.  of the Agreement are broken, KOCH Media has the right
  132.  immediately to terminate in writing the Agreement and
  133.  demand that you return the Software to KOCH Media. At
  134.  that time, you must also certify in writing that you
  135.  have not retained any copies of the Software.

  137. Governing Law. This Agreement is to be governed by and
  138.  interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England.
  139.  Any terms or conditions of this Agreement found to
  140.  be unenforcable will be deleted, but will not affect
  141.  the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  143. PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive technical support and
  144.  notification of product upgrading and enhancements,
  145.  please complete and return the accompanying
  146.  registration card.
